Using the platform

Jotno 24 is a digital healthcare platform. Creating a request means you will give a real name and a reachable mobile number for that visit or order.

Doctors, labs, and caregivers are independent professionals or partners. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until it is confirmed in your account.

Consults and prescriptions

An instant consult is a video visit with an MBBS doctor. A specialist visit is booked for a later time. Prescriptions are issued by the doctor, not by the website.

If you miss the call after the doctor has joined, the visit follows the refund policy.

Orders and packages

Health-store prices on the card are the prices added to the cart. Package prices cover only the services written on that package.

Payments are made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cash on delivery and are verified manually by our team.

Your responsibilities

Share accurate symptoms and medicine history with the doctor. Do not use the platform for an emergency. Call local emergency services, or helpline 10657, when someone needs urgent in-person care.
