How does an instant MBBS consult work?
You book a prepaid video visit. A licensed MBBS doctor joins the call, and the prescription is saved to your health record. Instant visits on the home page start from ৳ 50.
How is a specialist visit different?
Specialist visits are booked ahead. Open Doctors, filter by specialty, and pick an open time with your name and mobile.
How do home lab tests work?
Pick a panel on the Home Lab page and book it. A collector comes to the address you share, and the report is delivered digitally to your account.
Where do medicine orders go?
Add items from the HealthStore, then check out with your delivery address. You can follow every order from your account.
Can I cancel a consult?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the visit if you still need a refund review. A missed call after the doctor has dialled is handled under the refund policy.
What is included in a package?
Personal, family, and one-time packages list their consult and lab limits on the packages page. Anything outside that list is billed separately.
How do I book an ambulance?
Open Book Ambulance, share the pickup area, drop-off, and whether you need a basic or ICU vehicle. A coordinator calls the mobile number you enter. If someone needs help right now, call 999 or 10657.
How do I pay?
Pay with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Enter the sender number and Transaction ID after paying; our team verifies it and confirms your booking.
