Refund Policy

Telemedicine

If the doctor declines the visit or does not join at the scheduled time, the consult fee is refunded in full, or you may take a voucher of the same amount.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the visit, the fee can be refunded. A later cancellation is reviewed case by case.

If the doctor calls on time and you miss it, the visit can be moved once. A second missed visit is not refunded.

Home lab

A test cancelled before the collector is dispatched can be refunded. Once the sample is collected, the lab fee is kept unless the partner lab cannot process it.

Health store

An order that is not delivered can be refunded. Opened medicine is not returned unless it arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.
